A new observation deck on the 148th floor of the Burj Khalifa unveiled on Tuesday was officially declared as the world’s highest.

The new record was confirmed by officials of the Guinness Book of World Records at the launch of the new deck, called “At The Top, Burj Khalifa Sky”.
